Thessalos, with petasos and cloak over his shoulders, striding left, holding a band around the head of a rushing bull; to left, branch; below, plant; in exergue, TO. Rev. ΛA-Ρ-ΙΣΑΙ (partially retrograde) Bridled horse with trailing rein galloping to right; all within incuse square. BCD Thessaly I 1123. BCD Thessaly II 366.1 var. HGC 4, 416. Nicely toned. Somewhat granular and with numerous small scratches, otherwise, very fine.
